FISHER F 75 COMPARED TO THE MINELAB EQUINOX 800

This my best attempt at a comparison video of the two. The settings were given to me by experienced F75 users for testing purposes. There are pop ups in the begging of the video to show you where to go for the highlights. I run it in BP mode at the end for the final depth test and lower recovery on the NOX too for maximum depth in a discrim mode.. Are there better ways to set the F75 up ? I don't know but it will show the gist of the two detectors...

EMI was effecting the F75 and it didn't seem to be running strong. Put a coil on the F75 as big as the NOX and move away from the EMI and you should see the power.

So I have to make sure a site has no EMI for me to see the power... Its a camo unit. If someone will send me one I will be more than glad to do the test and even set it up the way they want it setup for the test..

Bring the Nox to NC. I have 6 obsolete detectors I know how to run that we can make a real video test, but these are top of the line machines and not mid range detectors. It might not be fair.

I live in Calabash N.C. and your welcome to come by anytime and do some test. We can shoot a video and have some seafood and just have us a grand ole time...

How about just getting with someone who knows how to run one of those other machines like a pro? It's not a fair comparison to test machines against each other when you don't know how to set it up optimally. Trying to not be to sarcastic here but getting tired of the few people with 800's acting like God Himself built those machines

Honestly tell me how you want it set up and I will go run it again ...When the results are the same what are you going to say then? How do you want it setup?? Will film it and the whole nine yards.

I ground balanced it. Chose the best channel but that didn't help much. Used BP as I thought that was the go to for depth in discrim mode and chose two tones. Set the gain around 90 and let it rip. What combination do you suggest to unlock its power? I know this the older one but I thought the consensus among F75 user was their deeper than the new ones ? What other machines are you referring to? I think I might qualify as a pro with the Deus.. and the AT GOLD is as simple as it gets.I did start relic hunting with a at pro so no big learning curve on the gold except for the audio.

In EMI the older ones were weak. The coil that comes on the Nox is like a Nel Tornado on the F75. From the videos I have seen on the Nox. It's a good machine. It is not Minelab's top of the line that is competing with other top machines. I have 2 Minelabs, but they are top ones. They rule salt beaches and that's why I have them.
