:fisher: dont return phone calls?????????

So I acquired this fisher i.d edge...Having trouble with the buttons not working and want to get it fixed.I have called Fisher and left message's a couple of times to a certain tech which I will not mention @ this time...I would like to know why Fisher chooses to do business this way.And to explain to me why they are the way they are..Recently I had talked to a dealer and he told me most of there sales are over seas...And they don't really care about the U.S right now..I don't know..just what I heard. So...I didn't get a response on the phone...so I thought I would take it to the forum...
 
Matt: Talk directly with Felix, he's the contact man for repairs, he'll take good care of you, he's all for the customer and goes out of his way to make you happy. They don't answer emails very fast,but phone calls they do pretty good .If your calling Felix don't leave a message, just call back till you get him, he's a busy guy. And he'll do right by you.
 
Thanks...my last call today was to Felix and I didn't talk with him..I left a message...I talked with Daniel first..He told me to talk to Felix to see if I could get a new key pad...According to Daniel..They couldnt sell me a new key pad...I mean its not under warranty..so why couldnt I get the part..We will see ..............
 
Felix is great, he answers emails. Tried finding his email for you in my contact list yesterday, must have lost it when I switched my hard drive out and installed a new version of Linux........as I couldn't find it.
You buy parts directly thru him................
 
I just sent a 1266-X in to get checked out and calibrated, It took me around 10-15 minutes of being on hold to get to talk to Felix. The receptionist would check in on me every 2 or 3 minutes to ask if I still wanted to hold.

Just camp out on hold till he answers the call. He is a busy man it seems...lol
