went to my local metal detecting club meeting tonight, and as I walked in the door there was a huge assortment of detecting stuff from a past away dealer, and I was asked if there was anything of intrest there, I noticed the Fisher CZ3D brand new in the box and asked how much, so a price was settled not knowing anything about them I paid 250 just because I was told to buy one if I ever came across one, brought it home and messaged a freind of mine and the first thing he asked what is the serial number I told him 10210740 he said I did good

You came out smelling like a rose, padgett. Now I would suggest sending it to Tom.D. down in FL., to make sure it's tuned to it's max potential. Do a accurate air test before you send it, let us know, will ya.
I also found a brand new one out of the box a couple years ago, but didn't get the super deal you got.

Super deal ought to cover it....and good luck in your ventures....dealers going out of business whether from dealer himself or perhaps a widow usually bring some good deals as in most cases when they buy they either sell or have to eat them...A while back one of our prominent dealers took a management job with a top brand company and had to give up his in stock units which equated to good deals in most cases...

Bad deal dude! This may ruin you for Whites machines and you are heavily invested. I'll give you $350 as is, since I am already infected.
HH!
PS Do an air test before you send it to NASA Tom for tuning. Anything over 10 inches is very good, 12 or better and I up my offer to $400.

I have the 1021 cz3d that air tests over 13-1/2" with the 10"coil. In my soil, it will get a dime at 10"......Dig a measured 10" hole... it looks a heck of a lot deeper than 10 inches. I don't care what anybody says, 10 inches is deeeeep !!

Sweet deal buddy. Get to know it & you will fill your pockets with Goody's. HH
