Hello all, Just wondering if anybody else has had a problem with a cz3d shorting out at the plug on the coil ? Makes my detector go haywire it will be sitting in the closet and just start going off when I swear it was off lol true story though !!! any input would be appreciated.. Thanks
 
Perhaps your not fully counter clockwise turning off. Listen and feel for the click.
I am no electronics expert, but I am not aware of any headphone connection short that would turn on the machine.

That said I can be corrected by the next post. LOL Till you find out for sure remove the headphones, and double check the off on switch .
