Fisher Customer Service Top Notch!!

A big thank you to Mike Scott and Fisher for taking care of me so promptly. I had one of the early release F-70 machines I guess and needed the software rewrite for the iron glitch as well as a couple of things I wanted to get checked out. Mike contacted me to get my info, had a pre-paid Fed-Ex label e-mailed to me quickly, I packed up the detector last Monday and dropped it off at my local Fed-Ex place. I was expecting to recieve the detector back in a couple of weeks. Boy did the Fed-Ex truck pulling up to my house yesterday afternoon suprise me. They sent me a whole brand new F-70. All I can say is hats off to Fisher and a big thanks to Mike for taking care of a customer so quickly. Now, time to get busy swinging. From the sound of it I may need a bigger shovel!

Wow that's good to hear. Hopefully the new one they sent you was checked out, it might sound weird but if I sent in a detector I would rather get mine back after the repair than having a different one sent to me. I have been hearing some good things lately about F.T. service. Hats of to you F.T.!!! Steve.
