Last week on a Tuesday I sent my dad's 1266-X in for repairs--UPS Ground--estimated that Fisher would probably receive it on Friday, would probably have for at least a week, and I'd get it back in 10-14 days or so.

Nope.

I got a call from Felix yesterday informing me it was fixed and ready to send back.

That's top notch customer service in my book.
 
WOW!! Find that with any other big name detector company. That IS service. Makes me comfortable with choosing Fisher. John
