Fisher chest harness...

I do know Fisher made one exclusively for the CZ70 pro you have and it had a Fisher logo on it and if offered one from your ad on the classifieds make sure its the one I speak of as over the years have seen off brand variations of either the digital or analog CZ's...I feel Fisher made this for the CZ70 and CZ7A pro as the hipmount was not the rock solid hipmount of the analog CZ's.
Hopefully some dealer or Fisher detectorist will have one in the closet or misc. items box as they are out of production and if using the big coil are the best setup I have seen for those seeking a
non polemount harness...

a guy I've done business with before said he'd send me one to see if it works. It was for a cz20 though, so maybe it won't?? What is the main difference?? I know the cz70 has the 3 brass prongs on the base of the detector bottom, but can't remember what the bottom of a cz20 looks like. Not the same and won't fit?? Bob.

Bob, check your in box. I sent you a guys name and number to contact about the chest harness. I just ordered an original Fisher hip mount pouch from him yesterday. He also said he had a friend who had just bought out a dealer who had a bunch of new old stock Fisher accessories and that it was an extensive list. If I remember correctly the harness was 21.95 plus shipping. good luck.........Roger

this is the chestmount that I use for my cz-20/21's
it takes about 10 seconds to move from the shaft to the mount or vice versa. can be adjusted to ride high or low and tight or loose.
sure makes a world of differance in the weight of the detector to get the control off the shaft!!!

The chest mount you are talking about also works with the Coinstrike. I'm pretty sure that any of the fisher detectors that use the three brass lugs on the detector housing that fit into three key-holed slots on the staff handle is the same system.Bob/Nebr said:

That is the harness you need. It will work on the CZ 5 & 3D.

I emailed Fisher labs about purchasing the chest harness and they replied that they do not make one. Any ideas of whrere I can puchase one for my CZ? Thanks, Steve

Check detector shops. They might have one left. Kelly co sells hip mount bags by Tesorro.

The little plastic clip seems to be easier to find than the harness.
Years ago when I got my CZ it had the body mount system (clip and harness), I had NEVER used it the first time, not that there was anything wrong with it, it was a well designed system, I just never came up with a need for it.
Then when I offered the CZ up to loan to one of my brothers I also offered up the body mount system, he looked it over and didn't have even a little interest in it, he wouldn't even take it home with him
Well, after a few months of the CZ being out on loan I got into searching for me a detector and money was short and I didn't want to take the CZ back because the wife and I both thought that my brother continuing using the CZ was a really nice thing to do. He took an early retirement and is trying to spread his reduced income as far as he can until he can later get his Social Security.
Anyway, when I started to look for me another detector and gathering up money where I could I decided to sell the body mount system, I really didn't think the CZ was coming back, and so I sold the body mount, I can't remember now if I sold it here on the forum or Ebay??
I do regret selling it because as it turned out I did in fact in up trading the CZ to Dan-pa and as soon as I did Dan contacted me about needing/wanting at lest the plastic body mount clip, he was hoping that I had just forgot to pack the clip with the detector. I don't remember what I got out of the system, but if I had had ANY foresight I would have kept the body mount with the CZ because in the end I would have MUCH rather Dan_pa got it included with the detector than the little bit of money I got out of it!

It turned out that together Dan and I did come up with him a body mount clip but not the harness
To find the clip I just started posting post and adds on the forum asking for help finding one for a friend, it didn't take to long until somebody jumped in and helped out.
My best advice would be to start a search here! for the all system, put an add in the classifieds looking for one. If your on another forum do the same thing their. Next! watch fleaBay, they often times show up their and this is a VERY good time of the year to do that, people are getting new toys and letting go of the old ones. Ask for some help in finding one, you'll find that if you express a need in the right way "PLEASE HELP" LOL that many times somebody will come through.
Finding one on ebay can be tricky because of how they could be listed, so try different searches, like,
Fisher Hip mount,
CZ Hip mount,
Fisher Body Mount,
CZ Hip mount,
Fisher Belt clip (this will normally get you just the little plastic clip and I would try for the whole harness first, if you find it you will most likely get the clip as well)
ect........

Whether it will fit the anlaog CZ or can be altered to do so I really don't know...perhaps some forum member that owns the harness and a analog and digital CZ can enlighten us as I would hate to have a forum member that owns a analog CZ buy one and see it won't work....
