Respectfully Gentlemen, please let me make a comment. As I mentioned in a post below, I had to have a customer get a 3rd DFX, another a 2nd M6, a 2nd Nautilus, etc. My point is that anytime that you are dealing with something of an electrical/mechanical nature there are going to be human errors or component errors. That is a given... Secondly, First Texas is working as hard as possible to listen to us and ACT ON IT.....I have nothing to say but good things about this company....If there is a difficulty, please let them know and they will try their best to correct it.... I am not trying to be a cheerleader here for Fisher, it is true of Tesoro, White's, etc....these folks have to keep us, the buyers and sellers, happy. In the situation with the White's machines, some people, I'm sure were chastised for allowing, not just 2 but others in the same production run to get by..... Again, we may at times think that we are being overlooked but we are not, people like Mike Scott and others are looking out for us and conveying those things to the people who can make things happen........ Thanks to all and HH, Richard R

Did you make yuour costomers send them back to the factory for repair or did you exchange them for new machines?

the DFX...White's finally sent a new one from the factory.... The situation was that the 2 previous ones were reconditioned...I thought it was good of them to do the free upgrade...thanks Richard

Thanks Richard for the post. I'm the owner of a 1225X and a F2. It's a good feeling to know that the local dealers are pleased with FT's efforts to satisfy their customers. Especially after viewing the comments left by previous FT customers. Incidentally, I sent FT a generalized question via email, and to my surprise, got a reply the following morning. That small gesture alone impressed me. I was prepared to wait at least 3 days to hear from them. However, that was not the case. Again, thanks.
