Respectfully Gentlemen, please let me make a comment. As I mentioned in a post below, I had to have a customer get a 3rd DFX, another a 2nd M6, a 2nd Nautilus, etc. My point is that anytime that you are dealing with something of an electrical/mechanical nature there are going to be human errors or component errors. That is a given... Secondly, First Texas is working as hard as possible to listen to us and ACT ON IT.....I have nothing to say but good things about this company....If there is a difficulty, please let them know and they will try their best to correct it.... I am not trying to be a cheerleader here for Fisher, it is true of Tesoro, White's, etc....these folks have to keep us, the buyers and sellers, happy. In the situation with the White's machines, some people, I'm sure were chastised for allowing, not just 2 but others in the same production run to get by..... Again, we may at times think that we are being overlooked but we are not, people like Mike Scott and others are looking out for us and conveying those things to the people who can make things happen........ Thanks to all and HH, Richard R
