Fisher 1270 vs C$

Has anybody had occasion to try the 1270 and the Coinstrike side by side?

I would be interested to hear what other people think. The 1270 appears to be more sensitive than the Coinstrike, but it's amazing how the C$ just seems to pull stuff out of the ground.

Depth wise, they both seem similar.

There are some areas that I can't use the 1270 at all as it responds too much to the ground. Why Fisher made their top of the line relic machine without an adjustable GB in disc is a puzzlement to me.

I must admit, it is the one thing that has disappointed me about the 1270.
Apparently, it is possible to adjust the pot internally to make it slightly positive - anybody know how to go about this?
