fisher 1265x parts,coils,etc: cz6 coil?

just got a 1265x as part of a package deal. needs a battery cover, can i still get one from fisher? if not, where?
how much is the 1265x worth if i decide to sell it?
also came with two 11 inch white closed coils. 5 pin connectors? what would each of these be worth?



also have a 4 pin 8 inch white spider cz6 coil, whats it worth?

Go to the big auction site and see what some sold for in completed listings. That will give you the best idea. One sold one didn't. Call First Texas for parts availability. Toll free number on their website. Coils are only worth something if someone has a need for them.
 
yes, i have done the things you suggested. i just thought someone with experiance buying and selling this model might know. fisher said they no longer have parts for this model.
 
You asked if you could still get one from Fisher in your origional post. So the next step is to Google metal detector repair shops and see if any have an extra battery cover laying around. You also might want to find used metal detector dealers and see if any have people wanting an 11 inch coil.

dont be sorry, thank you!!!! since my original post i have contacted fisher and did a search on the classified forum to get an idea on pricing. i have not contacted dealers yet. thank you very much for your advice

Didn't I send you the 1265 pic's last showing my 1265x fisher just fixed they replaced my battery cover with a new screw , ask for Silvia in parts she does better at parts then the techs on line.had to discribe some of the parts but she came up with them and 1 was the whole control box.
