After reading all the threads here going two years back on Fisher1236X2 I decided to get one.Picked one up off of Richard of Backwoods Detectors.he is such a great guy to deal with..Anyhow it came today and the thing looks unused,this is the second detector that I have gotten from Richard in this condition.I put her together and tried it in the house what a hoot it actually allowed me test it..I would have took it out but it was one of those quick afternoon thunderstorms passing through.Is so hot and dry here day after day.I'm looking forward to using my first owned fisher,being a whites person by heart.Any way thanks guys for making it easy to choose this detector by reading your threads here on Fisher 1236X2 and those that answered my PMs.And of course once again Richard of Backwoods came through

if you have any more questions don't be afraid to ask and just so you know go right after a shower or a steady rain it will enhance your signal alot better for deeper targets
