Fisher 1235x question

Hope everyone is doing well. Anyone have any experience with the 1235x as a coin/relic detector? Was wondering about depth on coind/relics. Thanks

I've always used mine at the beach or the totlots or at the occaisonal speed hunt with few exceptions. I've used it in some places when it was the only one in the car and the mood/site struck. But not enough to give it a fair review. Best I can say is I've gotten buffs to 6" in dirt with it. Wheaties another inch down and dimes as deep as those.

I gotta think it's great on relics because of the large low-end disc capability. Takes most of the spin on the knob to cut iron off. Up around 6.5 on mine and I still get buttons and gold in the totlots at that disc.
