Fisher 1225X extreme "chatter"...is it bad?

Hi, just testing a 1225x but it has a chatter noise that I feel is not normal. I've lowered SENS to no avail. Any ideas if it may be broken? Thanks for your help!

Check to make sure the spring has not worked its way to far into the cable connector which will cause a short and the chatter. A gentle tug on the spring should pull it out enough to see if that is the cause of your problem.
