Has anyone used any of these detectors in salt water with a 4 inch coil? I have a 1220 with all three coils. Am using the hockey puck 4 inch as a water coil in fresh water, Works well. Was thinking of making the box water tight, and visiting Sebastian Inlet again in 2009..Last time was 1968... Also, lost my notes. A river N? of Orlando had a bridge that crossed it,,,but no road on the other side..Does anyone know where it is/was? Most of my notes have been ruined. If I can find the bridge, then I'd like to check out the stories in the area...Also,Orlando area again. A park where a spring comes up, diving area opposite the beach, river to right of beach.. Possibly a gate covering a spring in the area, run off, shallow and fast? You may not realize this , but about as much Spanish gold was found inland and on the West Coast of Fla, as in the Atlantic.. The Indians carried the stuff off.. Thank you for any help possible NAD
