Not sure if this is the proper place to post ...
I was just wondering why there would be so many Fisher 12 80 's on e- bay??? Are they that poor of a salt water machine???
Ther are like 5 of them on auction right now.

1280 has been a superior freshwater unit for years. Not as good in saltwater and since the CZ20 has been discontinued one wonders if a new water machine may be on the horizon....
