I'm gonna have to get out my camera and figure out how to post PICS... Sat. I found a REAL nice skeleton key at a old mineing homesite in the Ca. foothills & today found TWO wheaties in a hammered local school...My first with the "new" MXT.... the school I hunted today went from little trash to mega in just a few sweeps of the coil...I was useing the shooter but switched to the 6x10 & a half hr. later wished I'd left the shooter on...The "gold is a pendant...maybe plated...looks to be maybe some sort of olympic related medal...one of the wheaties was un-believable... I went to stick my digger in & seen that it was sitting on the surface just above the tree roots..1958 S the other I can't tell yet...it still has dirt attached but one thing I think I'm noticeing is that if the park or school looks like it has been fertilized ...everything comes out looking like it was shot with acid...otherwise everything comes out looking pretty good...the zincs though weather the worst & if that's the only signal I get I'm sometimes passing them by "am I Fu@*ING up??? Both the copper pennies are in good shape but the one still has dirt attached....Speaking of which ...What is the best way to clean coins??? They are soaking in oil right now but would really appreciate any info on getting the tarnish off... Would TARN-X work ??? I don't want to damage them...Thanks....Tom
