First two Silver coins for 2006

Just purchased the Fisher ID Edge, after my CZ 70 Pro died on me two weeks ago. I've sent it back to Fisher for repair/replacement.That was my favorite detector up until I purcahsed the new Fisher ID Edge. After reading Bill Ladd's review I decided to purchase. Using Old Coin mode, went out today with two of my buddies and pulled a 1947 Silver Rosie and 1944 Merc from a turn of the century farm. All coins were deep 6-8 inches and the ID Edge locked right on from all angles. Now I want to hit all the places I've hit before to see what I've been missing! It was a windy and cold day but what a Great machine!

Buy the Edge, you wont regret it. Since the silver coins I found in March (44, Merc, 47 Rosie, 44 Canadian). I have been hitting two heavily pounded union encampments here in N. Virginia. I hve dug over 40 drops (.44, .52 and .54 sharps), 1 1862 Indian Head cent, and two Eagle buttons ( 1 jacket, 1 cuff).

The Edge has really given me the edge in my detecting ventures. I have since received my CZ 70 Pro from Fisher repaired under warranty, but the way the Edge handles, locks on targets, I doubt if I will ever go back to the CZ 70 pro again.

Keep the coil to the soil!
