I am heading to the beach this weekend. Will be taking my goldbug and trying it out. Just wondering how its does on the beach if anybody has tryed a goldbug on the beach. And and advice on beach hunting would be great to. thanks
 
if it beeps on metal than u can find the good stuff try going 2-3 hours before the low tide stay at waters edge and follow it down go slow ..pick up ur junk and fill ur holes
 
Very special detector. It will go crazy on the wet salt sand, so stick to the dry sand.

You are going to need a very fine sifter, as it will hit on incredibly tiny targets (like bird shot sized).

Many targets will fall right the holes of a standard sand scoop.

You can null out iron, but you will dig everything else, including tiny flecks of aluminium and such.

That sifter is critical. You will get frustrated and worn out without it.
