Got out today detecting for the first time this year and the ground is still rock hard in places. Did manage to pull a rosie and buff. at a old school that has been hunted hard over the years. Also had to leave a screaming silver signal that was about 6+ inches deep because of frozen ground:( That spot will be my first stop next weekend. Bring on the nice weather!!!!
