First Time E-trac buyer here

New member
Been using an AT Pro with Good Luck but found out that there are Explorers and E-trac's around here now...
Not wanting to be at a disadvantage I sold my AT Pro to help fund an E-trac and an RNB 3100 lithium Battery to keep me going.....
I wish Tuesday would get here!!

Congrats! I think you will love the machine. It is a little heavier than the ATP, but also gets deeper. Don't get discouraged when you first start with the e-trac, there is a learning curve.

It's a great machine--I think you'll like what it can do when you get some time on it. Welcome to E-Trac family. Keep us posted on how you're doing.

That's a beautiful sight. I remember when that happened at my house very well. Enjoy one of the greatest detectors on the planet. When it comes to silver that thing is like a beagle on a rabbit.

Nice detector-probe combo!
Get out swinging and you'll get the hang of it quicker than you think.
Good luck!
Cheers

Unfortunately this Holiday week at work won't allow me the opportunity to try it out till Sunday!!!

Nice buddy good luck! Looks like there is something wrong with your pin pointer box by the way. Whats that stain on the left side? I don't think that's the right logo on that thing.

13 1/2 hours and the countdown is on. Time you get the E-Trac out. :clapping:

Good luck with your new machine ! :detecting:

I think the only problem I will have is regretting not getting an E-trac years ago when I first thought of getting one!
Turns out Geodehunter runs an E-trac and lives close by..Were hunting and old church grounds that I've been
hunting since 07. This will be a test for the E for me as there is lots of iron and the easy targets are gone.
Must have been 8-10 barber dimes and a couple seated dimes and numerous indians found at that old place, not counting
the V nickels, buffalos, tokens and wheatbacks....
Think I will use TTF and no discrimination as most of the targets now are in with the Iron..I have a 6" Detech EQ DD
coil I can slip on there if needed... My maiden voyage today with the E and Geodehuter and I's first hunt together...
Will be a great time! Get Ready Robbie! :detecting:
