First time detecting this season, flat buttons and buckles..

The finds are barely worth inconveniencing the pixels to post, but more importantly it just felt good to be out in the beautiful springtime 28 degree, windy, snowy weather... Ground was thawed which was nice, I was frozen though which wasn't so nice..

We experienced the exact same weather on Sunday in central Michigan - rain, sleet, snow.... Blowing sideways - it was hard to maintain my balance at times! Better days ahead

I've actually found several of them. Didn't know what they were at first (thought they were some kind of wheel/cotter pins) until my hunting buddy told me what they were.
