I finally broke my string of wipe outs dating back to December 31st 04 .I found a 1 reale and 2 half reales on the treasure coast , lots of detail on all of them , its a hell of a feeling having a multiple Spanish silver finds day !

Will do , as soon as the brother in law ( computer geek ) shows me how .

I was about 2 miles south of Sebastian inlet hunting along the last high tide line , also found a small ship spike , everything was about 6 inches down. I assume because they were so close together and near the surface they had recently been washed up , a case of being at the right place at the right time me thinks ?

You seem to be having some great luck. I had been wanting to go over there myself but had become discouraged since hearing that after the hurricanes and the beach renourishment projects the treasure coast was no longer what it used to be as a hunt site. Can you say if others are having any luck as well? What is the condition of the beach nowadays?
