Dug up about 20 pull tabs, 3 beaver tails, 2 foil clumps, 4 quarters and 10 nickles. What will gold rings usually ID as? I did not dig any zinc nor 1c-10c.
 
Gold will ID anywhere from -6 through 55 plus a little more sometimes
 
Yep, 0ish to all the way up to zinc penny range. A hunter on another forum found a large class ring that rang in the low zinc penny range.

With that kind of range, your pretty much digging all targets except iron.
 
Wow, you had a really high nickel to pulltab ratio at one nickel for every two pulltabs! I probably dig 5-10 pulltabs per nickel, maybe most of nickels have already been dug in my areas.
I think I know the chart you referred to, somebody thanked me on ga5150's topic then it got confusing. :rolleyes:
