HUNTED AN AREA WHERE THE STATE IS CLEARING OUT FOR A NEW HIGHWAY. I FOUND MY FIRST SILVER WITH THE ACE 250, A 1964 QUARTER AND A 1927 MERC. ALSO A LOT MORE CLAD AND A LOAD OF PENNIES. A COUPLE OF MY FRIENDS WERE THERE WITH THEIR NAUTILUS MACHINES, THEY FOUND A FEW THREE RINGER BULLETS AND SOME BUTTONS. I WANTED A BUTTON BAD BUT NEVER FOUND ONE BUT I DID GO BACK OVER THE PLACES THEY HAD SEARCHED AND CAME UP WITH COINS THE HAD MISSED WITH THERE HIGH DOLLAR MACHINES. THE ACE IS A COIN MAGNET..................BILL IN N.C.

Congratulations on your first silver. I found my first silver yesterday at an old ball park. I found a standing liberty,the date is worn off but I am still a happy hunter. The darn thing was hopping from dime to penny back and forth on my ace. I had gotten that same signal about five minutes earlier and it was an old rusted wire. This time it was a silver coin. It was only about two inches down. (maybe there was also wire there and I found the coin first) anyway congrats on your silver.
