My new to me E-trac arrived today from Richard@Backwoods detectors. Could not wait to try it out. Went to a family members house where I found a few wheaties with the Coinmaster Pro. Went as a trial run to see what the feel and sounds were like. I have a lot to learn, but so far I am really liking it!! Got a solid 12-45 signal about 6 inches down. Dug up my first ever silver!! 1947 Roosevelt dime. Now I am really liking the E-trac Can not wait to really start learning this machine. Sorry about the really bad Iphone pic!
Congrats on your first silver coin. It's an amazing feeling when you dig your first one. The funny thing is the excitement and the anticipation of what you're recovering does not go away. I've been doing this hobby for 39 years now and I'm still like kid in a candy shop when I'm out there hunting. Be careful, you may become addicted to it. I know I am.
Steve's right. One won't satisfy...neither will the next, nor the next. That's the fun part about this. You always unearth something. Thanks for the picture and congratulations on your first E-Trac silver!
Congratulations on your first silver and welcome to the E-trac family! Digging silver is sure a blast and using the E-trac, there will be more to come. There are lots of good folks on this forum with lots of good information. Good luck on your next hunt and keep the pictures coming!
