First silver half and red ryder token

The good finds from this virgin yard are starting to dry up. I found my first silver half and also a Red Ryder token. This yard has gave up 16 silvers and 43 wheats. These spots are hard to come by now a days. It has been fun.

The ring was gold plated junk and the cross is a 1951 vaccine dog tag. In picture number two, you can see a bent coin.Turned out to be a buffalo nickle that took a bullet. This has been the best yard I have ever hunted by far. There have been two nice pocket spills found here. It has been a blast and there is still a few more to dig but they are getting harder to find.

There is another older home a block away that I am going to try to hunt if the owner will let me.You never know how people are going to act when you ask to detect their property.
