first ring !

the ring on the inside has 2 lines that almost look like a quotation mark except on is a little higher than their other then it has 925 and then the letter L all next to each other, what do you guys think it could be silver or white gold ? it has a design with 2 black lines circling the outside, found it up on the dry sand of the beach, was real exciting watching it pop out of the sand ! finally something besides rust iron
