Very nice find Terri. I hope you're able to return it to the owner.

That school looks like a winner...so I hope you can get permission.

Take care

find out the owner of the school. Might even buy it and restore it. Would make an awesome home. It sure looks older than 1927 with the limestone foundation.
Good Luck and keep us up to date on the school hunt future.

The School looks like it will be an absolute awesome place to hunt. Congrats on the ring

That school looks enticing. Hope you get to hit it. Let us know if you find the owner of the ring. Some of these stories turn out to be pretty interesting.

Thanks for the nice comments everybody , the ring is back with its owner .
I cannot report that I got so much as a thank you . I left my cell number at
the HS and the kid contacted me Fri. evening while I was hunting and got
rather upset that he was not able to pick it up from me right then and that
I did not want to give him my home address. So this morning I drove many
miles and left it in the schools office

May have been moved to it's present location, the foundation appears questionable but certainly worth a bit of research at the least.
