First Platinum and 14 K

Well a long dry spell was broken yesterday. First platinum 18.0 gr and 14 K ladies ring. It was nice to break but the real story is in the trip. Took a 3 hours trip south by boat(should have been a dead give give away not to go) with wife and another couple to local island. Arrived high tide and receding so took boat out and anchored front closest to shore and rear in channel. We leave exploring and two hours later return. Rear anchor turned loose and we are on dirt. Area was rocky and only way off was to wait for low tide at posted 3:45. well at 5:45 water was still moving out. 9:05 the rear floated and we leave only to return home at 2:00 am. All really enjoyed and night was beautiful. Had a little devine intervention as slight breeze all the way home. We awake this morning to a heavy fog. That would have been a disaster as flash light and map were what we ran with.
Hope all enjoy.

Whopper Platinum Ring. Excellent way to break the drought. Glad you were able to get back.

Haha... I'm glad you got home safe pards! I'm even happier that you came home with the goods! Congratulations on your first Platinum. Heres to breaking the gold drought... I'm betting you go on a streak. As far as the boat trip goes, I knew it was bad when you texted you were still waiting at like 10pm. Like we say in my family... Yeah that's a funny story... Now.

Great rings briley!!

You might want to consider a good GPS for your boat.

I've spent lots of time on and in the water and wonder how anyone gets along out there without one these days,
