thanks to crepitis and his plan B i got to use my new machine been used to the garrett ace 250 i found the G2 a completely new learning curve with its very fast recovery and completely different noises the best way i could describe it as donald duck and sweep from sooty and sweep on happy pills i also found the machine lighter and more comfortable to swing after digging a ton of iron and lead to get used to the numbers it was displaying i found a bit of a spoon three worn out coppers and a very interesting button from the british india steam navigation company www.biship.com

Nice finds. You are going to love how fast this detector is and I think you will be finding a lot more stuff too.

thanks, it sure is fast i carnt wait to get back out with it

What are running your disc at? I wouldn't go more than 30. All metal is nice to check those tiny little high peeps on deep targets. A few of us are really enjoying the 5x10dd. A great coil especially in trashy areas. Looses maybe 1" in depth over the 11"dd.

as it was my first time using the machine i only used all metal mode

i am thinking of getting some new headphones for this detector which ones would you recommend
