68 pennies - one 1949, 1958 wheats
17 dimes - one 1945 mercury
8 nickels - one 1964
8 quarters - none to speak of, but notice the huge gash I put in one.

One back of an old stop watch. The bezel of a watch, a crossbow bolt, notice the iron piece with a handle and a hole (I think that was the part that you pull to get a gumball) and yes, I checked for the coin bank, two cartridges, a chunk of iron, skeleton key, part of a silver spoon, a very heavy fishing weight (top left), broken pipe, gear from a clock, a spent bullet that I found in a playground in the saw chips, most of these pull tabs registered as +79 to +84, I even dug one of the old style pull-tab at 8" down, a tin style measuring cup, and a few other very large pieces not shown...part of a metal fence, a forged metal sledge hammer.

Glad you are having such success. I've got a question about the tabs. You said they are 79-85 I think. That's where I would find pennies, dimes and quarters. My highest tab (square ones) read 47 well below coins except the nickel. I've enclosed a chart and my readings are pretty close to it. What do your pennies, dimes and quarters read? Rob

All the selected pieces of aluminum read +77 to +84...The largest piece was about 8" down, in a yard where the house was built in 1907. I was surprised to find that scrap down that far.

Ok, I can see the aluminum reading that high. Rob
