Had about two hours to take my wife and the Vaquero out into the woods yesterday to an old hunting camp, found tons of old, big iron ( cast iron stove, bed frame etc. ) cone top beer cans, whiskey and wine bottles and lots of nails. Dug the good signals and found my first Mercury dime-1923, three Wheat pennies, two Peters 30-30 cases, and a really cool Marbles brand pin on compass ( brass ). I'll be going back to really work the area over when I get some time.
