First large silver! ...and some other finds from last season.

HOLLY COW! You don't see those silver eagles every day. I bet some youngster had that and lost it. It's getting a good patina to it. It must have been like that when it was lost. VERY nice amount of silver coins, etc. too. Thanks for posting and sharing with us all. HH, Nancy

Thanks guys. I was totally shocked to see the coin when if fell out of the plug. Just so you know, it screamed a +93 signal when I was over it. I can remember that because prior to that all I've ever dug in that signal area has been rusted metal....only this was coming from 4" down.
I have the video of that dig too..if I can ever figure out how to put those on I can do that next.

Oh yeah....just picked up a new 6x8SEF coil for the MXT...I'm hoping to get some increased depth and better separation with that coil. I'll let you know how it works this spring!

The ring in the upper left side has a nice diamond in it....so I thought. Had it tested. Just my luck. Must be zirconia
I was still excited to find it. When I pulled it out of the ground, I was sure it was real. Fun while it lasted.
Just picked up the 6X8 SEF. Going to give it a try this weekend.
