Hello All - just swung my new AT Pro today for the first time! My previous detectors include a Minelab E-trac and Excalibur. Let me say I am very, very impressed. I ran in Pro Zero with 40 Desc. The detector was comfortable and very easy to hear and "understand" what's its telling you. It seems very easy to pick out good targets among trash/iron - great separation!! Seems super accurate and deep. I was extremely impressed by how simple and accurate the pinpointing is - wow! Took it out for an hour or so and hit a good amount of clad - including a 1965 qtr (close, but no cigar!!) - but no silver with it yet! Seemed pretty helpful with the iron audio to help keep from getting "foil fooled" several times - neat feature. Looking forward to a meaningful, rewarding relationship!!! Haaaaa. Can't wait to get her in the water too!! :)). Any newbie advice is always appreciated!! Thanks for all the great input on this site as always....
