Spent 2 hours today at the ole "Silver Mine" Park testing my new 5x8 coil. Have to say I really like it for many reasons.
1. It's Lightweight.
2. Gets in tight spaces and under bushes and near fences easy.
3. No loss of depth
4. Found a 1951 penny in a trashy area I already hunted over 5 times. The iron separation is awesome.
Anyway, enough gab...on with the show!
The Loot! 12 pennies, 1 US dime, 2 nickels, button, good luck charm, letter D childs pin, unknown piece of item.
1951 George VI penny.
Aluminum; stamped good luck charm. Before cleaning.
After cleaning.
Childs letter D pin.
Another one of these buttons. ((**UPDATE** This isn't a button, it's a hem weight.))
Anyone know what this is part of? "National"
1967 Hare nickel.
GL & HH ALL! And have a great weekend!
