First hunt scores silver

Finally had to break down and scratch the itch. Found a spot to hit that wasn't frozen solid. Dug a few pre-1960's nickels, American and Canadian clad, a weight, ?religious item and two silver dimes. Canadian 1950 dime and my oldest Merc to date: 1917. Had a great time! CTX such a killer machine. Lovin it!!

You do know that Canada made silver coins to 1968. I don't know what year your other Canadian is.
 
Yes that's correct. In 1968, they only minted silver quarters and dimes for a few months or so. The Canadian dime is 1950, and the rest I found today were post 1970, except for the nickels.
