First hunt of the year.

John M (Ct)

New member
Got out on Good Friday for the first hunt of the year .It was a very windy day so I hit a few home sites that I have done many times. The first site produced a sweet Navy button from the war of 1812 made by A M Peasley.Peasley was an engraver that made buttons in Boston from 1808-1824. This was a neat find to start the year off on.Also found a few other buttons and an old key......goes to show that no spot is hunted out.

Take Care John.
