First hunt in a month

This was my first time out in over a month. Started working day shift after working nights for over ten years, and finally got some time to do some swinging even if it was only a hour and a half. Here is the meager haul. The nickle is a 1939 I got in some change at the grocery store this morning.

Hey at least it was some swing time! I've been laid up with a knee injury. I think at times about trying to get some swing time in regardless but get the "LOOK" from the better half and put the idea out of my head. Maybe before the snow I'll get some time in. Any time you pull out anything is a good day.

We just got our first real snow today...Hunting will be when =ever the weather is right, and the snow is thin...it freezes pretty hard up here in NY, and I think this year is gonna be a killer winter...
May go out tomorrow for a bit...To tell the truth, I am still kinda shaken over that gun deal I had...tends to make you re-think your priorities...

Man G.G.G.... That would be sunk into my memory deep. Makes ya wonder what kinda idiots you're gonna encounter when you hunt!! Most hunters are soloists, I believe. I am most always by myself, and really, not paying a helluva lot of attention to whats going on around me for the most part. Good thing I'm quick at the draw and am pretty well versed in the art of fighting, cause I'd hate like hell to run into some j@ck-arse like you did. Man... that's gotta be with you every time you hunt!! Thank God you're still here triple G. We don't need to be some stupid assed statistic for the "antis".
