First good find with Explorer Button
I now have about 18 hours behind me on the explorer. Today I hunted an old Florida Seminole Indian war fort site. The area I hunted has been pounded hard. I hunted about 1.5 hours I received a very low iffy signal. I dug it and out popped this Artillery button, based on the backmark Albert

Good find Mike =))) And running the factory preset program will be good until your able to pick out good sounds IE coins ect ect. It was suggested that I run that same program for at least 20-30 hours or until I was able to pick out the good sounds which will translate into good finds =)). The other couple thing my friend randy suggested that I change was to lower the threshold to a comfortable level and change the contrast. So I ran that for what seemed to be forever but it helped me build a solid foundation to work from. =)) You have the right idea keep up the good work =))

If possible could you post a clearer pic in the Relic forum? I would appreciate seeing a better view and in return I will try to give you the Albert & Tice ID numbers along with the back mark info (if you post a back pic along with a text post with what it reads). Nice find, congrats! David @ Dixie
