1 gold ring and a couple of silver rings and a lot of other good stuff. That was a very nice hunt, Good Job..!!

The silvers are marked 925 and i took the gold ring to a jeweler. He tested it, said it was 14k then offered me 100.00 dollars for it. I declined. The ring was 4 to 5 inches deep, i think it must have been in the ground for a while.

I don't know how to date the ring Ken. I suspected the ring to be bling until i took it to the jeweler. The ring was well worn i'm thinking because all id was gone from inside of the ring. The equipment that i have is the 800, safari, and cz 20 plus the garrett-pro pinpointer. I had a BH but i gave it to my nephew. I thought it interesting that you have about the same equipment. Back to the ring how do you date something like that?
