First Gold Ring With SE

So how do you like your SE? Is it better than what you were using?

Hi Mikel, I had an Explorer II for a very short time when the SE was introduced. I sold the EII on E-Bay before the SE arrived. It was a gamble, but it paid off in my opinion. The speed of the visual identification and the VCO pinpoint mode is enough in itself for me to warrant having one. I know that there are going to be some people that will not want the new SE because they may not think that there are enough changes, but I myself would not go back to the Explorer II after using the SE. John
