Got a .78 oz Gold Nuggets at Ganes Creek July 4 , Yep I know this is small to some of the big ones that have been found, But the frist one with the new F-75 at 11 inches set at DE -Dis 5 and Sen at 95

Jack, good going!! Now some questions: Was the 3.5 Oz reported by Steve (in Idaho) true for week 3? Did you stay two weeks again like you did in 2006? If so, what was the find for week 4?

Jack, there are a lot of us sitting on our behinds, not going out and finding or even hunting for gold. We need to hear the stories, good and bad. What happened durning the time you were there? Did it rain a lot? Did you go further out to the north? How were the buggs. Did anyone find any more gold near that burned out airplane?

I will attach a photo of the camp there at Ganes Creek. The airplane hanger was not finished in this photo. Am sure that is now finished and did not cave in like the old hanger did in the 2005/06 winter.

Ok---Some rain week #3 and hot --up to 80s, #4 week had a lot of rain, in the 70s--Hanger still needs the tin put on top ! Week #4 was the worst week , #3 week was good, can,t think of what it was ! And yes I stay for 2 weeks ! Bugs were super bad the #3 week and let up some on #4 week, More Gold was still around the old plane and most all the gold was found up creek.

So,was your nugget a whisper signal,a signal both ways while sweeping, or a 1 way signal,or what? Did the F75 run quiet at your settings? Were you able to reject the iron trash at all? i was there in 2005 but only got an acorn size specimen with my Tesoro Lobo ST and 3 x 7 coil and it was a whisper at 5 inches. Still tryin to get the hang of my MXT yet, 2 years later. That Tesoro is just so EASY to use!
I can hit a softball size copper nugget at 2 feet air test with the 10 x 12 dd coil with the LST,dunno about in ground yet?
-Tom

I will try and send you a PM later, I may need to go back and check the nugget on the F-75 and see what the sound was, I had not had a beep in a few mins on that area and had this one , so what the hell , lets dig it thing---So--But I get back to you------Jack
