started at a grade school this morning found a junk ring and sac dollar and a few other coins then i went to a soccer field and found this beautiful 10k class ring, it rang up bouncing in the mid 30s but gave a solid tone, its got a name engraved and my daughter found the owner on facebook so i will be returning it to him tonight. i was running the f75se in 4 tones sense @ 55 hh

Good job on recovering a bouncy signal ring. Great that you could track down the owner and return it. Another plus for all of us, thumbup: HH jim tn

Excellent find and great story!:clapping:

NICE!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hey EZ, I'm curious. Are the TDI number readings on the F75 and F70 similar? Does anybody know?----IB

Hot Dang! :surprised::drool: I would have thought a ring that big would hit in the zinc signal? I know those girl class rings hit right in pulltab on the 70, at 37 ish...Yes, I believe the TIDs are similar or the same on both units.
Great find! Best of luck on the return!:clapping: Let us know how it goes!

That's what I'm talking about.
Fantastic recovery.
The F75 is very hard to beat for gold rings.
Keep them coming.

thanks everyone i returned the ring last night he was very thankfull and insisted on paying me so i got $40 bucks. and ibdiggen and mud the tids are the same on the two machines the ring in the ground at 4 inches was in the mid 30s but in the air it rang up at 48, lots of iron in the soil there i guess hh

Great! 40 bucks is a good thing! Mid 30's-48 is a bad thing, I've been digging zinc signals hoping for a ring like that!:sadwalk:

i know what you mean thats why i like 4 or 1f tones and dig by tones rather than numbers, going by the numbers i thought it was a pulltab or can slaw but the tone was solid. ive had the f75se for 9 months and thats the first gold ive found with it happy trails
