I received my new AT Pro a couple of days ago and I love the look of the unit, especially the coil. I have done lots of air tests and I must say I'm impressed. Today was the first chance I had to test it in the field and I had a hour to spare so I ventured over the road to a vacant block that I cleaned out with various other detectors over the years. I used std. mode, coins, iron discrim.35, sensitivity 2 bars down from max. The unit ran very quiet, no chatter or falsing, first target was a brass base of a shotgun shell, 4" deep, second was a copper washer 1" in diameter, around 3" deep and the find of the day was a 1914 Halfpenny over 6" deep also found some flat pieces of aluminium, a brass lock and some small bits of brass plate. So far I'm pleased with the unit, I think I have made the right choice Hope to hit the beach in the next couple of days and give it a good workout.
