Went hunting at a local elementary school for about two hours and had to first for me. I found a 1904 indian head and a 1913 barber dime ,the indian was 5inches deep and the barber was 6 inches. Also found 3 wheaties , pocket knife and some clad . It was a great afternoon.Using the m6 with 6 x 10 dd coil.

You've beat me. I've never found a Barber.....:clapping:

:rage: I can't believe you found that many good coins.

:poke: you

Nice Barber and Indian

That elementery school must have had an 'old school' built there before, as always location, location, location. That is the key to making finds like yours. Congrats!!!!!

Very nices coins!! This past spring I found my first barber dime, 1899, and also my first indian a month or so ago,, 1905, using my M6!!

Both of those oldies are great finds, and yours are in nice condition. The M6 is a very good detector and certainly might find more of the same at your school site.

Very nice. Certainly looks like a site to spend more time hunting! Looking at the condition of all the copper, does not look like much fertilizer has been put down ... that's a good sign too!
Cheers,
