I was invited to hunt in East TN with Richard from Backwoods detectors on Saturday. We went back to place where I had found Confederate Block I button earlier this year. I think I may have found end of a saber or large knife. I also found large iron ring, pistol ball , harmonica reed, buckle, and what may be butt plate of a rifle. One of my last finds was my first Federal button. It looks like cuff button that is 2 piece and has intact shank. No writing on back. Thanks Richard for another great hunt.
