Went out today to try out my new coil,The Super Sniper. At first all I was digging was pull Tabs. Then got a few pennies(all Clad) Then a few Quarters then a heart stopper, What looked like a white gold engagement ring. I had a magnifying glass but couldn't see the markings. So it was about lunch time so I went to Little Caesars to get a pizza. next door was a jeweler so I took it in.Not Good news. It is 9.25 sterling with synthetic stones lol So my finds where, 4 Quarters,1 Dime,2 Nickles and 6 pennies and a little Nascar car. So that wasn't bad for 2 hrs.

You found a ring and no matter what its still a good find, Congrats!!! I'll trade that ring for the 5" of snow we got over the last 36 hrs in a heart beat so thank yourself lucky you can dig into dirt not ice.

im tryin to like the dd coil on the 350.....its hard for me to take the sniper off the 350 to be honest. It slows me down.....i dont seem to dig as much trash.....and the target id is dead on.

I have found it hard to pin point with the Sniper on my 350.I try to look right where the X is on the coil But most of the time that is not where the coin is,it's somewhere around the outside edge of the coil. Lucky thing I have a pin pointer lol. guess it just takes some getting use to I think I will leave it on my 350 and use my Whites coinmmaster pro for bigger areas.

wow thats interesting....keep me posted.....looks like we use the same machine a lot. Do u like the dd coil on the 350 ?
