First Compadre 8 First Silver Ring

Hi all, went out last night after supper for 1 hour at a soccer field, found some clad, a token of some kind, a junk ring and my first silver ring with my new Compadre 8.

Just curious how hard it hit on the silver? How deep was it?

Well you did good. There will be more to come. Wait till you hit the gold... KEN,,IND

what kind of sound did the compadre make ?

The Compadre with a 8 inch coil is probably the best detectors made for detecting soccer fields.

If you keep the discrimination low you'll find gold and silver chains that other high dollar detectors can't find.

Nice going on the silver ring.

It hit pretty hard with a solid smooth tone both sways and it was about 4 inches deep.

I'm guessing a ...beeeep......beeeep.......beeeep.? With a smooth....not crisp.... edge on it. No crackle or one way blip....that's my guess.

Love my 8" compadre. Time to dust it off and get out detecting
