First bullets and cap found

Dug a spot this morning close to a civil war prisoner camp. I found two small bullets and a percussion cap. I am not positive they are civil war era or not, any help would be appreciated!

Bad news is that the item on the left is the center of an old shotgun shell. The center item is a civil war spencer bullet. The Spancer was a rim fire cartridge. You may find parts of the casing though the black powder usually eat up the casing. The fired round ball is anybodies guess. Good digs.
