I found this buckle half at an old house site that is now a golf course.
This site has given up some great finds including quite a few silver coins, some buttons, and house hold items, but didn't
expect to see this come out of the hole!!
Other finds were 2 mercury dimes dated 1943, and 1945, and what looks like an old cow tag.
I marked the location where the buckle turned up and searched an area around hoping to find the other half, but failed to locate it today.
